Our mission is to help build the financial infrastructure of the quantum economy and support the companies, investors and institutions shaping the future of computing and intelligence.
What We Do
While working with the quantum computing ecosystem at HPE, our founder came to a simple conclusion: if quantum computing was going to become a major industry, its unique aspects would require its own dedicated investment bank.
Unlike most technology sectors, where capital follows technical proof, quantum computing requires substantial investment to achieve many of the engineering breakthroughs that will unlock its full potential. Success carries profound economic, strategic and sovereign implications, and the companies building this future will require patient capital, strategic partnerships and new approaches to capital formation. This requires an investment banking team that has a deep understanding of the technology as well as knowledge of the viable commercial applications.
Born from this insight, we focus exclusively on quantum computing and the industries developing around it.

Our Team
Nanda Menon - Founder
Having spent nearly four decades on every side of the technology boardroom—as an investment banker, investor, entrepreneur, operator and corporate executive, and as co-creator of the world’s first quantum-safe mobile network, recognised with a GSMA Global Mobile Award—Nanda believes that quantum computing is creating a new industrial ecosystem whose unique technical, commercial and strategic characteristics require a dedicated investment bank focused exclusively on the sector and its surrounding ecosystem.
Nanda began his career in technology investment banking before moving into investing and later joining the founding management team of Athonet, helping build one of Europe’s pioneering cloud-native mobile networking companies through to its acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).
Following the acquisition, he spent two years within HPE helping drive the deep integration of Athonet’s private 5G platform into HPE’s broader AI, high-performance computing, edge computing and advanced infrastructure strategy.
At HPE, he was involved in the development of the world’s first quantum-safe mobile network, recognised with a GSMA Global Mobile Award, and developed relationships across the emerging quantum computing ecosystem.
Having advised companies, allocated capital, built businesses and participated in strategic acquisitions and post-merger integration, Nanda brings a perspective that spans the full company lifecycle. He believes that founders, investors and strategic acquirers in the quantum sector increasingly need partners who understand not only capital markets, but also the technology, ecosystems and strategic dynamics that will shape the next generation of computing.
Previous to Athonet, Nanda held senior Managing Director and Partner roles at Investec, JP Morgan, Nomura, Triumvir Partners and Satellite (a spin-out from the Soros organisation).
Nanda holds an M.Eng (Mech) From Kings College London (1990) an ACÁ from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (1994)
